Three Sisters Corridor Map

Smith Creek is the final area of land to be developed in Three Sisters Mountain Village (TSMV). It also sits adjacent to the final undesignated wildlife corridor in the Canmore area. The developer, TSMV/QuantumPlace, has submitted a proposal for the alignment of that corridor to the Province of Alberta and is holding a public open house about it on Thursday, March 16th.

Chris Ollenberger from QuantumPlace joined me on the program to talk about the corridor alignment, community consultation, the differences between maps they’ve submitted to the province and other publicly available topographical data, and what people can expect on Thursday.

Stop by the Coast Hotel in Canmore on Thursday between 3 – 5 PM and 6 – 8 PM to learn more and share input with representatives from the developer, Town of Canmore, and Alberta Environment and Parks.
