The Mountain Grannies are thrilled to be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their popular Chili in a Bowl Fundraiser this Friday at St. Michael’s Anglican Church in support of the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign.

Pat Grayling is one of the original Mountain Grannies and told me the inspiration for this event came after seeing a similar fundraiser in another community.  She says thanks to the initial help and support of our now-mayor John Borrowman and the generosity of local businesses and restaurants this event has surpassed their expectations for popularity and fundraising.

Chili in a Bowl tickets are available at for either the 5 PM or 7 PM seatings at Kitchen Boutique in Canmore and Ginkgo and Ink Atelier in Banff.  This event is often a sellout so advance tickets are recommended!
