Paul Carrick joined me on-air this morning to share details on this year’s Canmore Rocky Mountain Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k event this Sunday.  Now into its 22nd year, this event will support a great maternal and women’s health program in Central America through CAUSE Canada that Paul says will improve the lives of thousands of people.
