A born and raised Albertan, I grew up in St. Albert before moving to Canmore in 2001. It was supposed to be a short stop in my radio career but the beautiful scenery and amazing people have kept me in this community - I'm proud to call the Bow Valley home.

I love the mountains!! I grew up in the Kootenays skiing at Red Mountain, and right after graduating high school I moved to Lake Louise to work at The Chateau, (and hit the slopes). This is where I learned about “mountain life”. After heading back to BC to take Radio Broadcasting, I missed the Rockies and moved back to Alberta in 1995, and have been here ever since. I’m a mother of two young boys, and a wife to a husband who tolerates my cooking! Feel free to email me your favorite recipe - to help save my marriage!!!
