"Born and raised in Canmore, I'll always be proud to call the Bow Valley home. My family came to Canmore when it was still a small mining town and I am so thankful to wake up to the mountains every morning."
After spending 4 years at Mount Royal and graduating with my journalism degree, I packed my bags and traveled Australia meeting friends and making memories that will last a lifetime. I was lucky enough to live on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast and experience a year where activities like skydiving, zip lining and white water rafting were part of my everyday life.
Coming back to Canmore, I learned that meeting new people hearing their stories is what I love to do, which makes this the perfect job for me.You’ll see me driving around in the Mountain Patrol, handing out prizes, chatting with people on the street and getting involved in the community. In my spare time, I’m usually heading off to yoga, curled up with a good book, or outside soaking up some sun with friends. "On the air, everywhere, in the Mountain Patrol, I'm Breanne Shellian."
