Q: How do I submit information for an upcoming community event?
Tell us all about your event, including contact info, by faxing it to us at 403-678-6844 or email to Community Events.
You can access the registraion page by clicking the orange "Join Now" button at the top right-hand side of the website, or click here to sign up now.
Q: I can't log in to my Locals VIP account. What's my password?
Click here to get your password emailed to you.
Q: How can I earn VIP points and use them to get prizes in the Locals VIP Club?

Q: How do I pickup my prize?

Q: Listen Live(audio streaming)isn't working. I can't hear anything.
Sometimes our streaming provider encounters technical difficulties or internet service providers have glitches (The Internet isn't perfect!) If you are having issues with the streaming here are a few quick tips to help you out:
- Wait 10 minutes and try again
- If you're listening at work, check with your IT department to make sure there are no restrictions on your computer.
- Also ensure that you have the latest Flash Player software (for Windows or for Mac)
