No One's Safe

Against The Grain Theatre returns to Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity with No One’s Safe, mashing up three Mozart classics into a unique operatic murder mystery this Thursday and Saturday evening.

Against the Grain Artistic Director Joel Ivany says that unlike a traditional opera, the audience will be on their feet, moving throughout the Walter Phillips Gallery and Glyde Hall spaces to watch spontaneous scenes and performances.  Jasper Leever is one of the performers and he also spoke about his role in this production as well as The Rape of Lucretia which opens in Banff next week.

Jasper was also awesome enough to perform the song “And Now Here We Are Together” from No One’s Safe in our studio.

No One’s Safe runs Thursday and Sunday night at 8 PM.  The Rape of Lucretia by Benjamin Britten goes July 14th & 15th at 7:30 PM and July 17th at 2 PM.  Tickets for all shows available at the Banff Centre Box Office.
