Star Wars KD for Life for a Vancouver Island Boy

Sometimes good things come in small packages.

Small packages of yoda-shaped pasta.

This Vancouver Island family reached out and got an avalanche of love, support and PASTA.

Reed Botwright posted online that he was on the lookout for Star Wars KD for his 6-year old son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder — and is VERY fond of the pasta. When they couldn’t buy the special Mac and Cheese anymore in Nanaimo, they hit the internet to reach out to neighbours that might know how to find some.

Neighbours like William Shatner reached out.

So many people offered to send them a box — or even cases of Everett’s favourite food, that the family now has a lifetime supply of Star Wars KD!
