Hugh Pettigrew is a candidate in the two-way race for the mayor’s chair in Banff October 16th. Hugh told Tanya and me his nearly three decades of experience working with municipal governments at different levels gives him the leadership skills necessary to bring about a change of style at the top. We spoke about working with Parks to find more land for affordable accommodation, community engagement, and how he’ll be voting on the paid parking plebiscite.
