Kicking off with tonight’s sold out Long Table Dinner, Canmore Uncorked returns for a fifth year of dining, drinks, special events, and an overall showcase of our incredible local culinary community!

Festival founder Andrew Nickerson says it’s wonderful to be celebrating Uncorked’s 5th anniversary this year.  He shared some highlights of many of the events and experiences people can participate in until May 13th.

One of the real must-dos of Canmore Uncorked this year is the brand new addition to Canmore’s dining scene! I had the chance to speak with Head Chef Air Bouphasiry from the new Grande Kitchen & Bar about his food philosophy, signature dishes, and The Grande Brunch event taking place this Sunday, May 6th.  Make sure to check them out during the festival at The Grande Rockies Resort!

I also had the chance to chat with a Canmore Uncorked ‘superfan’!  Sharon Hawkins has been attending the festival every year since its inception.  She shared the reasons she loves Uncorked, favourite dishes from past years, and tips on how to make your personal Uncorked schedule.
