As part of a series of presentations of films shot on Stoney Nakoda lands, the Whyte Museum‘s Rockywood Reels presents “Buffalo Bill and the Indians” this Thursday night.

Mary Graham will be introducing the film and says white audiences in 1976 weren’t ready for the way their culture was portrayed this ‘revisionist Western’ starring Paul Newman and directed by Robert Altman.  She also talks about why she invited special guest Elder Jackson Wesley to be a part of the evening.

The evening begins at 7 PM.  Tickets $5.
