With artsPlace’s doors temporarily closed, people cannot take a workshop in their studios or see a show in the theatre.  But that hasn’t stopped them from finding innovative ways to bring that content into people’s homes and continue to keep the local arts scene alive.

I spoke with Nicole Fougere about how they’ve managed the transition, as well as some of the virtual concerts they’ve made available and a full set of online programs for adults, kids, and families launching next week.

artsPlace continues to fulfill their mandate of paying their artists even if much of the content they’ve been offering has been free. As such, it’s important to continue to support our amazing local arts centre with a donation if you can. Click here to donate.
