Summits for Mental Health

Canmore's Jean-Francois Dupras has now bagged four of the Seven Summits, the highest peaks on each continent! He joined me on the show to talk about his most recent trip to Argentina to conquer Aconcagua, how his goal ties into his mental health advocacy work, and the fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association he's holding this Saturday, February 22nd from 6 - 10 PM at the Canmore Brewing Company.
